摘要：

In this paper, instead of the usual 13-point formula, a new 21-point formula for the numerical solution of the first biharmonic Dirichlet problem is presented. According to the two kinds of the fictitious mesh point interpolation, it is shown that the error is O(h3.5) and O（h4） respectively in a norm which is stronger than the maximum norm for the error function.
