Ⅰ. INTRODUCTIONThe 4th geoscience transection is a section of Global Geoscience Transection (GGT). It is from Menyuan County of Qinghai through Shangxian County of Shaanxi to Ningde County of Fujian in the west-north direction, having a total length of about 2200 km. It
