摘要：

本文利用2004～2009年企业层面微观数据,采用倾向得分匹配方法全面系统地评估了对外直接投资(OFDI)对中国企业创新的影响。研究结果显示:OFDI与企业创新之间存在显著的因果效应,OFDI对企业创新的促进作用具有持续性,并逐年递增;我们依据三种标准对OFDI进行分类,发现不同类型OFDI对企业创新的影响存在显著差异;我们还特别关注了OFDI对企业创新持续期的影响,发现OFDI在总体上显著延长了企业创新的持续期,但不同类型OFDI对企业创新持续期的影响存在差异。本研究为客观评估中国企业OFDI的成效提供了一个微观层面的经验证据,同时也为进一步实施"走出去"战略提供了有益的政策启示。
