摘要：
Spontaneous pneumothorax(SP)develops secondaryto primary lung cancer.It has a very low incidenceand accounts for less than 1% of all cases.Once SPdevelops,the prognosis is usually very poor,and majorityof patients live no longer than 3 months.Most patientswith advanced stage can not undergo resection due to thepoor general condition.Thus,chest tube drainage remainsamong the treatments of choice although it is not alwayscompletely effective in preventing recurrence.Inrefractory SP,patients would bear the chest tube for their
