Cina has become the main market for plant-based meat enterprises,as global players all want to enter the largest consumption markets for meat.U.S.plant meat company Impossible Foods recently announced that it is awaiting regulation approval for entry into the Chinese market.It’s rival Beyond Meat is also planning to build production bases in China.These two companies are focusing on the 1.4billion Chinese consume rs and hope to find meat substitutes.The meat substitutes have already covered crab meat,duck breast,beef and many other meat varieties.
