摘要：

The clinical, hematologic and patho-logic findings in 18 cases of histiocyticmedullary reticulosis are analyzed.Abnormal histiocytes in the bonemarrow and phagocytosis of blood cellsare considered important, since they makebone marrow examination a valuablemethod for clinical diagnosis of this con-dition during life.The nature of the disease and itsprobable relationship with other prolifera-tive diseases of the hemopoietic systemare discussed.
