摘要
A baroclinic semi-geostrophic model describing the atmospheric motion in low latitudes and using thewave-CISK theory is established and the analytic solution is obtained. It is shown that the effect of nondimen-sional latent heat parameter which is assumed to depend only on height and used to state the wave-CISKmechanism is very important to the low-frequency oscillation.
