抗肾小球基底膜肾炎的治疗

摘要：
抗肾小球基底膜肾炎主要表现为快速进展性、难治性肾小球肾炎伴或不伴有严重的肺出血,临床救治困难,存活率低。因此,有必要就该病的发病现状、机制及治疗策略、预后影响因素等进行评述。甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺冲击治疗联合血浆置换为一线治疗方案,可明显提高患者生存率。但肾脏生存率仍较低,早期诊断、早期强化治疗具有重要意义。
