高脂饮食诱导肥胖对雌性生育大鼠卵巢功能的影响

摘要
目的评估高脂饮食诱导肥胖对雌性大鼠卵巢功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法 80只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为高脂饮食(HFD)组(n=40)和正常饮食(对照)组(n=40)。饲养60 d后评估各组大鼠发情周期及大鼠卵泡发育各个阶段细胞数量及凋亡情况,并检测各组大鼠血清孕酮和雌二醇浓度。然后按1∶2比例雄雌大鼠合笼3周。结果 HDF诱导大鼠产生肥胖和高血糖,但是不影响大鼠血清甘油三酯、胆固醇和C-反应蛋白浓度。肥胖也改变卵巢功能,HFD大鼠发情间期延长,血清雌二醇浓度降低及窦闭锁卵泡数量增加。此外,HFD组大鼠也出现卵泡囊肿。而且HFD组大鼠怀孕晚于对照组大鼠。结论肥胖诱导大鼠出现卵泡囊肿,并干扰排卵,导致妊娠延迟。
