摘要：

利用1982～1999年NOAA-AVHRR卫星遥感数据,通过对归一化的植被指数进行自然正交分解,反演获得了我国18年来地表植被覆盖的分布及其时空变化状况,发现这一期间我国大部分地区地表植被覆盖状况明显退化,分析得出气候因素不是造成我国地表植被覆盖状况变化的主要原因,人为因素的影响更为重要.
