摘要
有机高分子纳米光热剂具有生物安全性高、易于功能化修饰和诊疗一体化等优点,因而被广泛应用于生物医学领域.本综述主要总结了近年来有机高分子纳米光热剂在体内光声成像和光热治疗中的应用进展,并重点讨论了通过调控有机高分子纳米光热剂的光物理性质以实现增强的体内光声成像和光热治疗效果的传统策略和新兴机理.希望本综述为开发更多具有优异体内光声成像和光热治疗效果的有机高分子纳米光热剂提供借鉴,以进一步推动肿瘤等重大疾病的早期诊断和治疗.
