草鱼和鲤群体遗传变异的RAPD指纹分析

摘要：

利用随机扩增多态DNA（RAPD）技术对草鱼、兴国红鲤、野鲤的种群内、种群间以及种间的遗传变异进行了定量分析。结果表明：草鱼与鲤的RAPD指纹图谱带型差异显著，草鱼与红鲤和鲤种间的平均带纹相似系数（ABS）分别为0．2583和0．2394，遗传距离（Dij）分别达0．9362和1．2277。而红鲤和鲤种群间的RAPD指纹图谱带型则基本一致，平均带纹相似系数为0.7162，遗传距离只有0.0947。草鱼、兴国红鲤、鲤种群内平均带纹相似系数分别为0．8424、0．7819，0．7928，平均带纹频率（F）分别为0．82、0．71和0．74，相应的遗传变异度分别为0．18、0．29和0.26。
