子宫颈癌患者血清中半乳凝素9的检测及临床意义

摘要：

目的检测子宫颈癌患者血清中半乳凝素9(Gal-9)分析其临床意义。方法收集29例子宫颈浸润癌(平均年龄45岁),45例上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和26例正常妇女的血清(平均年龄均为40岁),应用 ELISA 方法检测 Gal-9的表达,浸润癌组同时检测 C 反应因子(CRP)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)比较相关性。根据血清检测 Gal-9结果,选择其中4例子宫颈癌组织,应用免疫组化法比较 Gal-9蛋白的差异。结果子宫颈癌组患者血清中 Gal-9的表达为27.15ng/L,正常组为17.43ng/L,CIN 组为21.20 ng/L,浸润癌组血清中 Gal-9的表达与 CRP 和 VEGF 呈正相关。血清高表达Gal-9的肿瘤组织中 Gal-9蛋白的表达高于低表达者。结论血清中 Gal-9的产生与子宫颈癌细胞有关。Gal-9在子宫颈癌的形成和侵袭过程中发挥保护作用。
