Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology,the research group led by Prof. Li Yue (李越) at the Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University proposes the method of substrate-integrated photonic doping,and paves the pathway to the versatile near-zero-index (NZI) devices.
