摘要
TEOSINTE BRANCHED1、CYCLOIDEA和PCF(TCP)是植物特有的一类转录因子,具有由碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)基序组成的TCP结构域.根据TCP结构域的不同特征将TCP分为2个家族:class Ⅰ TCP和class Ⅱ TCP.越来越多的证据表明,class Ⅱ TCP的亚家族成员CINCINNATA-like(CIN-like)TCPs通过激素合成及信号转导在植株形态建成等方面起关键作用.最近研究表明,CIN-like TCP除了调控植物生长发育外,还介导植物抵御病原菌入侵的免疫反应,称为效应因子引发的免疫反应(effectors-triggered immunity,ETI).目前,虽然CIN-like TCP的调控机理已有较多报道,但其发育及免疫方面的调控较为复杂,有必要基于目前的研究对该亚家族成员的功能做进一步梳理.因此,本文对CIN-like TCP在发育及免疫调控中的作用机理进行了综述,着重论述了CIN-like TCP相关突变体特征及其与蛋白质及植物激素之间的互作关系,也讨论了目前研究中仍然存在的问题,为今后该亚家族基因的进一步功能解析提供新的思路.
