摘要：

<正>自身免疫性疾病(auto immune disease,AID)是指机体对自身成分产生免疫应答所导致的一种疾病状态,此种自身免疫反应会引起相关器官的病变,从而导致风湿性疾病的发生。如常见的结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD)。CTD是一大类以结缔组织的慢性炎症为病理基础的风湿性疾病的总称,可累及全身各大组织器官,此类疾病除常见的发热、关节痛、肌痛等临床表现外,常合并系统的受累,其中间质性肺疾
