摘要
合成了具有紧密界面的Ⅱ型与Z型复合异质结光热催化剂CuxO/Bi/Bi2WO6/BiOCl.结果表明,基于多组分复合异质结上组分Bi纳米颗粒的表面等离子体共振效应、独特的多通道光生电荷传递与分离路径和适宜的用于产生活性自由基的氧化还原电位, CuxO/Bi/Bi2WO6/BiOCl展现出宽光响应范围、强光吸收、高效光生电荷分离性能和光热协同产含氧活性基团的性能、优异的光热协同催化净化甲苯的性能.在90℃加热耦合光(300mW/cm2,λ=200~2500nm)照射下, CuxO/Bi/Bi2WO6/BiOCl可在0.5h将甲苯气(0.0005%)完全矿化,优于相近条件下文献报道的结果.
