Research on effective teaching methods of higher vocational English

With the rapid development of our country's education, the progress of English teaching in higher vocational colleges is gradually developed. Effective teaching become an important teaching concept and goal of all school courses. This article, analyzes the present situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and points out that the shortcomings in the process of higher vocational English(HVE) teaching. Finally, attempt to explore some effective strategies to improve the quality of HVE teaching.
