摘要
Hot compression tests of AZ80 alloy were performed on Gleeble-3800 in the temperature range of 200°C-400°C and strain rates of 0.001 s-1-10 s-1. The results show that the flow stresses of AZ80 alloy strongly depend on the deformation temperature. The relationships between peak flow stress and deformation temperature as well as strain rate can be represented by the power equation during deformation temperature below 300°C, and by the exponent equation during deformation temperature over 300°C. The hot deformation activation energy Q derived from the experimental dates is 165.83 kJ/mol with stress exponent n=8.43.
