A data acquisition analysis control system which is designed on Cortex-A8 embedded architecture is introduced in this paper. The Ethernet is a system of interconnected industrial machines that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) to serve billion of users and allow the users to interface man the real time embedded application like data acquisition, industrial automations and safety measures. The main core of the system in this paper is an embedded device running a scaleddown version of Linux, which is a good choice of operating system for embedded applications. The embedded device communicates through industrial Gigabit Ethernet, which makes it accessible from anywhere through a web server built into the embedded device. With the electric interface of the device, it can also be a network, intelligent and digital distributed control system. The high integration of the device improves the processing capability of a system and overcomes the problem of poor real time and reliability. With the GEP monitoring algorithm, it is beneficial for practical industrial applications such as environment monitoring. In-process control and site supervision in the factories.
