摘要
This paper introduces a highly efficient DC-DC converter specifically designed for applications involving low-voltage energy sources, such as solar photovoltaic systems and fuel cells. By utilizing a quadratic boost configuration, the configuration achieves a significantly high output voltage while maintaining a relatively small duty cycle. The proposed topology features a coupled inductor, a single input inductor, and one switch, resulting in a straightforward structure and simplified control. This structure offers several advantages, including high voltage gain, reduced voltage stress on the switch, diodes, and capacitors, a common ground, continuous input current, and minimal input current ripple, making it well-suited for renewable energy applications. A theoretical steady-state analysis, operational modes, and comparative results are presented. Finally, experimental validation is conducted using a 200W laboratory prototype to confirm the topology's performance.
