The community sports culture is taken as the object, which is studies by using the method of comprehensive integrated value assignment. Firstly, for the problem that the size of the community network must be known in the KL algorithm and that it is impossible to carry out random segmentation, a kind of comprehensive integrated value assignment method is put forward in the paper. Based on the value assignment exchange of the traditional algorithm, the concept of value assignment transfer is put forward. And the effect of the community division is improved through the value assignment transfer. Subsequently, based on the analysis of the reality of the community sports culture, a kind of community sports culture construction model based on the comprehensive integrated value assignment method is put forward. And then the GN tree segmentation method is used to carry out the community division. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the community sports culture construction model. And the Matlab experimental simulation is carried out to analyze the experimental results, to apply the experimental results to the actual community sports culture construction in the end. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association.
