摘要
The new type of regularized iron-carbon spherical fillers was mainly prepared by iron powder, activated carbon and clay. Based on the response surface analysis, the Box-Behnken mathematical model was established to describe the relationship between the CODCr of wastewater and operating factors to optimize the process of pulping wastewater treatment with regularized iron-carbon filler. Under the optimal conditions, the bagasse wastewater was treated and further examined in terms of UV, FTIR and GC-MS. The factors were optimized as initial pH 2.37, filler dosage 32.67g/L, reaction time 92.49 min and aeration flow rate 0.3m3/h. At the optimal conditions, the removal of CODCr was as high as 69.23%. Also, the new regularized spherical iron-carbon filler had a good degradation effect on conjugate double bonds and carbonyl groups in wastewater, and had good removal and conversion ability on aromatic organic compounds. © 2018, Editorial Department, Journal of South China University of Technology.
