摘要
Poly(t-butyl acrylate)-b-poly(2-dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate (PtBA-b-PDMAEMA) and poly(t-butyl acrylate)-b-poly(n-isopropyl acrylamide) (PtBA-b-PNIPAM) were synthesized by sequential atom transfer radical polymrization (ATRP). Then micelles with complex-shell structure were formed in selective solvent by self-assemble. The hydrodynamic radius (Rh) and size-distribution of the micelles were studied in detail via dynamic light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The controlled release of drug from the complex-shell micelles was characterized by ultraviolet spectrum (UV). The results indicate that the controllable drug channels could be formed in the shell of the micelles, which realize the accurate control of the drug release.
