By means of modern information technology and management concepts, effective integration of various kinds of knowledge and information resources can improve the overall effectiveness of enterprise management. In this paper, the author makes an optimization research on the economic management model of enterprise sustainable development. Management and technology are two important factors in the development of an enterprise. The purpose of management innovation is to provide more reasonable management methods and methods for enterprises. Technological innovation and management innovation complement each other. Through the analysis of the development of the current enterprise management model, the author expounds the characteristics of the new management model.
