This article provides guidance to neurologists caring for those with CPP: understanding the etiology, workup, evaluation, management, and triage. CPP is a complex condition that affects a patient's quality of life and is impacted by and inversely impacts many organ systems. Accordingly, a methodical approach leads to success and satisfaction in treating CPP.
