摘要
Glasses with the composition 30Li(2)O-10MO-59B(2)O(3):1Ho(2)O(3), where MO represents ZnO, CaO, and CdO, were synthesized using the traditional melting-quenching technique. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed that these glasses possess an amorphous structure. To further characterize the glasses, infrared (IR) spectroscopy is employed. The optical absorption and photolumines-cence properties of these glasses were thoroughly examined. The Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters (122, 124, 12) were calculated by analyzing the intensities of various absorption bands. Based on this analysis, key radiative properties, such as transition probabilities, branching ratios, radiative lifetimes, and stimulated emission cross-sections, were determined for different emission levels. Furthermore, the influence of structural changes on the luminescent efficiency of the three glass systems was explored and analyzed in detail, highlighting how these transformations enhance the overall performance of the glasses in terms of their luminescence properties.
