摘要
The objective of this work was to discuss the importance of characterizing an e-learning system for knowledge management in the organizational environment, revealing the main actors, resources and the stages that are part of the learning process. It is an exploratory case study that aims to contribute to the literature of good practices in knowledge management applied to e-learning. The methodological procedures involved consulting global managers to obtain information about the system; the use of the UML language for the analysis of the actors of the e-learning process and the existing interrelationships; and the use of the ANSI flowchart to represent the process of evaluating training needs. The results contributed to organizational learning, strengthening knowledge management and the achievement of strategic results.
