Operation system of systems (SoS) is the research basis of the SoS modeling and combatting in information warfare. The paper analyzes network characteristics and structure mechanisms of the operation SoS in condition of information, establishes a network description model which reflects actual characteristics of the operation SoS from static and dynamic connections, promotes an operation SoS network connection optimization control method by increasing network income and reducing network cost as optimization goals. Comparison simulation analyzes the influence law of the operation SoS whole efficiency by the network structure and dynamic characteristics. Simulation results show the validity of the network model and the optimization control method, provide theoretical guidance for further study on operation SoS modeling and SoS structure whole optimization. ©, 2015, Chinese Institute of Electronics.
