摘要
Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) pose a serious challenge to globalpublic health, compounded by unhealthy nutrition and obesogenic environments. This science and society article emphasizes several evidence-based behavior-change strategies, policy interventions, and meaningful youth engagement to promote healthy nutrition choices among children and adolescents.
