摘要
During the Early Childhood Education stage, the aim is to teach children through the use of active methodologies, in which they are the real protagonists of their own teaching and learning process in a more playful and meaningful way. As teachers, we are in charge of providing our students with all the tools and materials necessary to achieve meaningful learning, which awakens the motivation, enthusiasm and interest of the students. An educational resource that meets these characteristics is the light table. It gives children the opportunity to experiment, create and observe in a fun way through the manipulation of different materials, whether educational, everyday or recycled. There are many benefits, whether at a cognitive, motor, language, behavioral level or even at the level of socialization with others. But we must also take into account that a bad use of this resource can cause negative visual consequences.
