摘要
Aiming at the problems of single performance judgment basis and insufficient special performance analysis software in design process of Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) operating mechanism, the differences between breaking and tripping of MCCB operating mechanism were analyzed, the dynamics model of operating mechanism was established based on Lagrangian dynamics equation, and the determination methods on equivalent moment of inertia and generalized force were analyzed. On this basis, the mapping relation between design parameters and performance index of operating mechanism was established to support the performance index analysis of MCCB operating mechanism, and the dynamic performance index system of MCCB operating mechanism including movable contact-base angle, spring force of handle, spring test angle and so on was proposed. Based on the proposed dynamics model, ADAMS software was second developed to assist dynamics analysis of operating mechanism, and to output the performance curves of speed, displacement and force, which could realize the analysis and optimization of operating mechanism's design parameters. A practical case study on designing a CDM1-100 type circuit breaker was provided to verify the proposed dynamics model. ©, 2015, CIMS. All right reserved.
