摘要
A three dimensional finite element model for electromagnetic analysis of the stator end winding of a 600 MW turbogenerator is set up. Then the periodical variation of electromagnetic force density in the stator end winding under rated load is determined by numerical simulation. Furthermore, a three dimensional fine finite element model for structural analysis of the stator end is constructed by means of ABAQUS/CAE and the electromagnetic forces varying with time on the windings determined by the electromagnetic analysis are incorporated into the structural analysis model. Finally, the deformation and stress distributions of the stator end during rated load are numerically analyzed by means of the ABAQUS software. © 2016, The editorial office of Transaction of China Electrotechnical Society.
