摘要
This paper proposes an ultra-wideband rectifier based on coupled transmission line, which achieves high-efficient rectification in a compact and simple configuration. Through theoretical analysis and simulation validation, the proposed rectifier exhibits favorable rectifying performance, achieving an ultra-wide bandwidth of 128.1% ranging from 1.86 GHz to 8.49 GHz with an input power of 15 dBm. In addition, the efficiency of the proposed rectifier exceeds 50% within the whole bandwidth and the peak efficiency reaches 68.4%. The simulated results suggest that the proposed rectifier is promising for radio frequency (RF) energy harvesting.
