摘要
Background: Breast cancer, alongside lung cancer, is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers worldwide. This review aims to collect and summarize studies that utilize the Mini-MAC scale to assess psychological adjustment to cancer in wo men diagnosed with breast cancer. Material/Methods: Two databases - PubMed and Embase - were searched using specific keywords. Articles were included in the analysis if they met certain criteria: they were written in English, focused on women with breast cancer, and used the MiniMAC scale to examine psychological adjustment. Results: After removing duplicates, 88 articles were screened for eligibility based on the inclusion criteria. Ultimately, 28 articles were included in the review. Most of these were cross-sectional studies. In addition to the Mini-MAC scale, authors frequently used complementary assessment tools such as the HADS scale, EORTC QLQ-C30, EORTC QLQ-BR23, and AIS. Conclusions: Among the studies that provided specific numerical data on coping strategies, women with breast cancer most commonly adopted fighting spirit and positive reevaluation strategies.
