摘要
A collection of illnesses known as rheumatic immune diseases impacts the immune system and causes a range of physiological manifestations. In severe circumstances, these illnesses can raise the chance of death, inflict discomfort, and lower quality of life. Diagnosis and therapy are complicated due to the various illnesses, particular variances, and the disease's unexplained etiology. More investigation is required to offer fresh hints for the treatment of diseases. Illness initiation processes can be more accurately modeled by organoid technology, compensating for animal model variation among species. It has the potential to be a valuable tool for the research of rheumatic immune disorders. It can be a diagnostic tool for novel treatment targets and customized conditions according to patient-derived organoids. As a result, research on organoids and their use in rheumatic immunological disorders is compiled in this article. It also addresses the issues that must be resolved and offers a perspective on the possibilities of organoids in this area, generating fresh concepts for further study of these illnesses.
