摘要
Aiming at the problem that the traditional command and control (C2) system focuses on physical domain operations and is difficult to effectively support the C2 activities of cyberspace defense operations, this paper designs and proposes an intelligent C2 system for cyberspace defense operations based on the key technologies of intelligent C2. The system architecture has the characteristic of logical layering. The resource layer aggregates all kinds of physical and information resources needed by the system. The support layer is a set of platforms and tools to support the operation of the system. The service layer encapsulates and integrates relatively independent system functions. The application layer directly faces users, and provides system support for cyberspace defense operations C2 activities from multiple aspects such as situation awareness, assistant decisionmaking, action control and task coordination. The network environment under the distributed combat environment has certain characteristics. In order to meet the needs of centralized command and distributed command, the system design takes the corresponding characteristics into account, which makes the system has better adaptability and flexibility.
