摘要
In this paper, FPGA is used to control DDS to design a broadband frequency source from 10MHz to 1200MHz with high integration degree, flexible design, high frequency resolution, high stability, low stray, fast switching speed and low phase noise.Through reasonable design, the phase noise reaches -127dBc@1kHz, -130dBc@10kHz, and the stray suppression is better than -73dBc when f <= 500MHz.When 500MHz < f <= 1200MHz, it is better than -58dBc.
