摘要
A simulation model is presented that evaluates a signal injection technique for active fault diagnosis in induction motors. Based on this model, a study is conducted of the effects of zero-sequence signal injection on torque and currents. The effectiveness of this technique for detecting one and two broken bars in a motor operating with closed-loop vector control is demonstrated.
