摘要
The paper presents some results that can serve as a basis for construction of a spectral theory of 2-D photonic crystals which are widely used today in optics and microwave electronics. The theory is of great importance for comprehensive analysis of resonance space-time and spacefrequency transformations of electromagnetic waves in the periodic structures of the kind. ©2016 by Begell House, Inc.
