摘要
This study presents a high voltage gain converter featuring a lossless snubber, designed to achieve high efficiency and reliability. Key attributes of the proposed converter include zero current switching (ZCS) during switch turn-on, zero voltage switching (ZVS) during switch turn-off, minimal use of additional circuit switches, and a low number of snubber elements. The design effectively absorbs leakage inductance energy, eliminates reverse recovery problem in diodes, and ensures increased voltage gain with reduced voltage stress on the switch. Additional advantages include PWM control and low circulating current in the auxiliary circuit, making it a robust and efficient solution for high voltage gain applications. To validate the circuit analysis, a 150W prototype was implemented.
