摘要
Two kinds of non oriented silicon steel were prepared, and one contains 0.002wt% Ce and the other contains no Ce. The recrystallized microstructure was observed. The recrystallization grain size was analyzed statistically by image tool. XRD was used to analyze the sample recrystallization texture. The results show that Ce delays the recrystallization process of non-oriented silicon steel. The addition of Ce increases the final grain size of non-oriented silicon steel. The average grain size of the sample without Ce is 13.74um, and the sample adding Ce is 18. 38um. After adding Ce, the recrystallization texture type changes a little, and the overall density levels decrease. Meanwhile, the addition of Ce lowers the {111} texture component intensity. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of Chinese Rare Earths. All right reserved.
