摘要
In today's world, entertainment is playing an evergrowing role in people's lives. With video games becoming the leading form of entertainment, outgrowing the music and film industries, there is now, more than ever, an interest in making video games and putting your hand into this pot of gold. The essential part of every game is its engine, which is the code in charge of handling complex tasks such as rendering, physics simulation, scene management, etc. This paper presents a simplified way of creating a game for developers new to game development by creating a simple 2D game engine named Blazr, accompanied by an intuitive editor.
