摘要
Online psychotherapy is becoming a widely adopted modality, driven by the digitalization of psychological services, marketing strategies, and the rise of digital nomadism. This study offers a critical analysis from both methodological and philosophical perspectives, integrating the "question concerning technology" as formulated by Ortega y Gasset, Heidegger, Marcuse, Jonas, and Popper. A review of recent meta-analyses and systematic reviews on the efficacy of online psychotherapy was conducted, along with an exploration of its ethical and epistemological implications. Despite its benefits in terms of accessibility, significant methodological limitations persist, such as the scarcity of randomized controlled trials with robust designs. Online psychotherapy is proposed as atechnological resource that must be integrated into an idiographic clinical praxis, grounded in empirical evidence and a critical analysis of contemporary psychotherapeutic trends. Philosophical guidance is drawn from Aristotelian phronesis and Baltasar Graci & aacute;n's prudence to promote an ethical and professionally responsible model of online psychotherapy.
