摘要
This study employs Rhino modeling software to create an analytical model for U-shaped steel shed support systems in underground mines, considering structural and force characteristics for both rock and coal roadways. Focusing on new Julong Coal Mine, Luxi Mining Group, it estimates U-shaped steel shed static load-bearing capacity through practical data, literature review, and empirical analogies. The research selects primary and secondary loads of 600 and 800 kN, respectively, for studying failure processes. Simulating extreme conditions with a side pressure of 0 on the hanging coal wall, three side pressure coefficients (1.2, 1.5, 1.8) are chosen based on mine pressure observation. An analytical model of the U-shaped steel shed support system in underground mines was established, considering different goaf conditions and side pressure coefficients. The study's findings indicate effective numerical simulation capturing dynamic characteristics of U-shaped steel shed support systems. As the side pressure coefficient increases, there is a simultaneous rise in both the coefficient and the plastic failure surface area. Based on depth analysis, the study recommends maintaining static load-bearing pressure below 600 kN.
