摘要:
The oxidation of diethyl carbonate (DEC) with O-3 additions was studied in an atmospheric jet stirred reactor (JSR) at 400-850K in this work. It was seen that DEC had no low temperature reactivity without O-3 addition in experiment, while the oxidation began from 450K with O-3 additions. A DEC/O-3 model was developed in this work and pathway analysis showed that the O-3 assisted low temperature oxidation of DEC came from the reaction of DEC+ O instead of DEC+O-3. The present study implied that the low temperature oxidation of DEC with active oxygen from cathode metal oxide might result in the degradation of Li-ion battery at a low temperature. It provided the first gas phase interaction between DEC and oxidizing environment by using O-3 as a active oxygen supplier.
