摘要
Light pollution is a new type of pollution caused by the continuous improvement of lighting levels and the continuous increase of lighting power due to economic development. Because the adverse effects of light pollution on animals and plants are becoming more and more serious, people have begun to pay attention to the assessment and control of light pollution. This article first screened the factors that affect the risk level of light pollution based on literature, and secondly derived an assessment method based on the analytic hierarchy process and data quantification. Next, this paper optimizes the method using an optimization algorithm and conducts reliability verification. Finally, based on the above analysis, this article proposes two feasible intervention strategies.
