摘要
In this study, the effect of brief heat treatments within the 650-850°C range on stress corrosion cracking susceptibility (SCC) of LDX 2101 was investigated. Slow Strain Rate Tests (SSRT) were conducted in the standard solution NACE TM-0177 in the absence and presence of 10-4 M Na2S2O3, at 25°C and pH 2.7. In the absence of thiosulphates, the alloy was characterized by a high SCC resistance, with the exception of the alloy heat treated at 750°C for 30 min. Instead, the addition of thiosulphate determined an increase in SCC susceptibility of both annealed and heat treated samples. This effect became stronger with the increase in aging temperature. © 2016, Associazione Italiana di Metallurgia. All rights reserved.
