摘要
This paper presents theoretical and numerical study of a MEMS vibration gyro, whose operating principle is based on Coriolis effect. In a first phase is exposed the gyro mathematical modeling in terms of its dynamic regime, modeling completed during two sections with equations that describe the gyro functioning with imposed control on the excitation axis gyro controlled and mathematical implemented control on the excitation axis . The mathematical models presented are validated by numerical simulations for both considered cases: imposed control or implemented control on the excitation axis. © 2015, Politechnica University of Bucharest.
