摘要
A Ka-band ridge horn antenna array on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) is presented. A substrate slab is designed as a phase corrector in front of horn to increase the frequency band. 4x1 horn array is simulated by Ansoft HFSS. The array feed by substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) and microstrip line, achieved bandwidth for vertical bar S11 vertical bar<-10dB is about 21.7% and the simulated gain is around 11.7dBi at 35GHz. It has the stable radiation characteristics in operating frequency band, as well as providing end-fire radiation system.
